School Form Notarization

Service Description
School Form Notarization includes all standard school related documents that require a notary, such as residency verification forms, medical authorization forms, permission slips, enrollment documents, and other common educational paperwork. Each notarized signature is $15, per Washington State Law. A $15 mobile service fee applies to school appointments. All fees are due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
A $25 no show fee applies if the client misses the appointment or is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance.
