If your appointment includes more than one signer or multiple documents, we can easily accommodate additional signatures and extra paperwork during the same visit. This ensures everything is completed accurately, efficiently, and in one streamlined appointment.

$15 per signature (WA state requirements)
$15 per additional document notarized (includes signature)

After Hours & Same Day Rush

For clients who need flexibility or urgent service, we offer after hours appointments and same day rush scheduling. These options ensure your notarization is completed when timing matters most.

Printing & Digital Copies

Need your documents printed or scanned before or after your appointment? We offer printing services and digital scan backs to make your appointment more convenient and streamlined. We also offer document packaging to ensure your paperwork is neat, secure, and ready for delivery or storage.

Price:

Printing: $0.50 per page

Scan backs/ digital copies: $5 flat fee

Packaging: $5 per package

Delivery Services

We provide convenient document delivery options to help get your documents where they need to go. Choose a single location drop off or multiple locations and we'll make sure each location receives the correct paperwork. Delivery confirmation is available upon request.

Single Drop Off: $5

Multi Drop Off: $10 (Covers up to 3 stops)

Additional Drop off: $5 per location
