Service Description
Nursing Home and Assisted Living Visit Notarization includes powers of attorney, medical documents, advance directives, and other forms requiring notarization in short long term care facilities. We work with staff and family members to ensure a smooth, patient centered signing experience. Each notarized signature is $15 per Washington State Law. A $25 mobile service fee applies for nursing home/assisted living appointments. Travel fees are added based on your selected zone. All fees are due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
A $25 no show fee applies if the client misses the appointment or is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance.
