This service includes a full loan document signing appointment for purchases, refinances, seller packages, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and loan modifications. All signatures, dates, initials, and notarial acts are completed correctly to ensure a smooth, error free closing experience with no funding delays. This service includes a flat loan signing fee of $150, which also includes notarized signatures. Travel fees are added based on your selected zone. All fees are due at time of service.
Cancellation Policy
A $25 no show fee applies if the client misses the appointment or is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance.
