Service Description
Hospital Visit Notarization includes medical documents, powers of attorney, advance directives, and other urgent forms requiring notarization during a hospital stay. We provide professional, compassionate service and coordinate with staff as needed to ensure a smooth signing experience. Each notarized signature is $15, per Washington State Law. A $25 mobile service fee applies for hospital appointments. Travel fees are added based on your selected zone. All fees are due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
A $25 no show fee applies if the client misses the appointment or is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance.
