Service Description
DMV Forms Notarization includes all standard vehicle related documents that require a notary, such as release of interest forms, title applications, bill of sale affidavits, and other common Washington State Department of Licensing paperwork. Each notarized signature is $15 per Washington State Law. A $15 mobile service fee applies for DMV appointments. Travel fees are added based on your selected zone. All fees are due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
A $25 no show fee applies if the client misses the appointment or is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance.
